User Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lip Dubber platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lip Dubber. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may only upload content that you own or have the right to process.
  • You may not use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
  • You may not use the service to generate misleading deepfake content or impersonate others without consent.
  • You may not use the service to generate, upload, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult content. This includes nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, and any material that would be considered obscene or inappropriate for general audiences.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the dubbing service. We do not claim ownership of your input or output files.

5. Credits and Billing

The service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing and credit packages are subject to change with notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect accessibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lip Dubber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
